QUEST
2. 27th November - 6th December 2015
A UK-wide screening of the latest Marathi blockbuster 'Rajwade and Sons' was successfully organised by Friends of QUEST, UK for raising money for QUEST. Atul Kulkarni himself was in UK and present for all the screening events. The movie screenings took place along with a talk about QUEST by Atul Kulkarni. The participating organisations in various cities included - Birmingham (Sakhi), Leicester (EMMA - East Midlands Marathi Association), Newcastle (NEEMA - North East England Marathi Association), Manchester (Friends of QUEST with help of NORWEMA - North-West Marathi Association), Glasgow (MMS - Marathi Mandal, Scotland) and Bournemouth (SEMP - South-East England Marathi Parivar).
Charity dinners were also organised in Liverpool and London by Friends of QUEST.
£6300.00 were raised through the film screenings, charity dinners and with the help of sponsors (which included GAURI - software company, SBI - State Bank of India, Manchester and some individual sponsors).
